Failte Ireland is offering FREE training workshops on Customer Service Excellence throughout the month of June.
The Wild Atlantic Way Welcomes workshops, which aim to take the customer service experience to a new level are available to all businesses that engage directly with the tourism customer. That includes everyone who might potentially meet a tourist – whether you’re a retailer, forecourt operator, beautician, hairdresser or anyone working in the tourism and hospitality sector – you are the people meeting tourists face-to-face on their journeys.
Rationale
One key to business success is the ability to offer a tailored service which exceeds the customers’ expectations. Fáilte Ireland have developed this workshop for tourism businesses, drawing on the latest research insights with an aim to enhance both the business and the customer experience through the provision of world-class service excellence and the creation of a natural authentic Irish experience with a genuine warmth of welcome.
Workshop Aim
To encourage an ethos of providing a genuine Irish warmth of welcome and world class standard of customer service, offering an authentic Irish experience which is spontaneous, engaging and fun whilst at the same time creating potential to ensure sustainability and growth in the tourism sector.
